These pieces were all created for the "Exposed" Arts and Accessibility Network of Manitoba members show at the Edge Gallery in 2018. They aim to show the duality of disability; immobility / freedom, isolation / connection, cravings / sobriety and chronic pain / the emancipation from it. Art keeps me sane and sober, and helps me celebrate gratitude on days when my illnesses seem insurmountable.
